Medford

Medford is a city of just over 56 thousand on the banks of the Mystic River, five miles northwest of downtown Boston. Tufts University is in Medford, as well as a great deal of green space, including the Middlesex Fells Reservation and the Brooks Estate. Medford has both convenience due to its urban location (route 93 runs right through Medford Square) and a quiet village atmosphere that prevails many of its quaint neighborhoods.
